Ryan Thompson is the founder of Real Estate Brilliance, Auction Services Australia, and the inspiration behind Home-Grown Heroes. Ryan specialises in high-performance coaching and mentoring. He works with sales agents and principals who want to boost sales, create systems, make more money, have more time off, and continue to go to the next level.
He has been involved in over 3,000 real estate transactions and has trained over 1,000 real estate agents and personally coached over 550 including the likes of Vivien Yap, Daniel Gonzalez, James Thompson, Lara Sadowski, Matt Seabrook, and Ben Hatch.
With over 35-years’ experience in sales and marketing and 20-years in real estate as sales champion, auctioneer, and owner of mutliple successful real estate offices, Ryan noticed that the big real estate conferences on the east coast were not truly serving Western Australia. They were expensive to attend, required travel, and did not address issues in the decidedly different WA market.

Peter McLean is a passionate and experienced coach and speaker who will help you face your fears with public speaking.
He is an expert in multiple fields, including public speaking, communication, performance and leadership. He’s also the principal consultant of his firm Lamplighter Performance Consulting, which provides performance improvement and leadership skills to organisations and individuals across Perth.
Drawing upon his almost 30 years of research and experience in public speaking and human development, Peter will educate you on how public speaking can influence and persuade buyers & sellers to come to your way of thinking.
Peter is also furthering his own educating by currently pursuing a doctorate at the University of Western Australia.
